Just a reminder about our fundraiser. All inaccuracies for the fundraising items need to be turned in to the CES office or emailed to Melinda Bryan (melinda@latech.edu) today.

Dear Parents, Our Fall Scholastic Book Fair starts Monday Nov. 29, 2021! Dates: In-school- Nov. 29-Dec. 3, 2021 Monday-Friday Times: (Monday-Tuesday Preview for students) 8:00-2:30//Sales only Wed.-Fri. 8-2:30. Online Fair: 11/29-12/12/2021 1. The online fair will open on Nov. 29th through Dec. 12th. This will give you plenty of time to shop and find some wonderful books or stocking stuffers for your children. 2. Student preview will be Monday and Tuesday. Be sure to look for their wish lists coming home!!This year, we have again the E-Wallet feature on our Scholastic homepage: https://www.scholastic.com/bf/choudrantelementaryschool2 3. Digital E-Wallet lets you set up an account with Scholastic for your child to use as payment at the fair. Set an amount to spend, and only charged for what is spent. E-Wallet saves you sending checks or cash for the fair. It is a safe, easy, and convenient way to shop at the fair. You can set up your e-wallet at the fair website starting 11/8-12/3/21. If you want to buy online, that is great! Purchases will be shipped to your home (free shipping w/order of $25 or more.) Please continue to send water bottles. We are having students forget their water bottles. If you would like to donate a case of water to your child’s class, it would be greatly appreciated.

We have a few fundraiser items left. If you are planning to get your items today. Please pull through carline and get your child and then loop back around and get in the back of carline. At 3:35 when we are finished with carline and all students are out of the gym, parents can park in the front and go into the gym and pick up their items.

Parents, feel free to pull up to the front of the school and park in front of the gym to pick up fundraiser items. You can access the front of the school by Walker Road.

Fundraiser pick up day is today 10-1. You may enter through the gym to get your items.

Wednesday is Fundraiser Pick up Day! Parents can pick up items in the gym between 10:00am and 1:00 pm on Wednesday. If you would like to help PTC organize the items, PTC is asking that you come at 8:00am after carline. You can contact Mindy Bryan to let her know that you can help sort and organize. Her email is Melinda@latech.edu We will send items home in backpacks if they will fit. We don't want to send fundraiser items on the bus, so please contact the office if you can't come between 10-1 on Wednesday or if you don't want your child to take the items home in carline.

4th grade parents coming to Leap Night tonight: Please park in the back parking lot and come in the door by the library. We will begin at 5:30. We look forward to seeing you. If you are unable to attend, we will send the information home tomorrow that we are sharing tonight.

We will not have Parent 5th and 6th grade Leap Night this week. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. We have rescheduled it to be Nov.16 for 6th grade and Nov. 18 for 5th grade.

November is a time to Give Thanks. This November, I would like for parents and students to tell us what you are Thankful for about CES. It's a great way to spread cheer among our school and continue a climate of appreciation for our teachers and students. All Choudrant Elementary Bus Drivers, Clinton Agency is at Choudrant Elementary today and tomorrow until 3:00 with your paperwork to be signed for the Cafe Plan.
